01 / Dispatch Operations
Our fulfillment center is located in Cavite City. Orders placed and verified before 2:00 PM are processed for dispatch on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or Holidays will be processed the next business day.
02 / Shipping Rates & Couriers
We utilize third-party logistics providers to calculate fair shipping fees. To keep your shipping costs low, we strictly use courier pouches for clothing items (Tip: Boxes increase shipping costs significantly due to volumetric weight).

03 / Free Shipping Policy (Capped)
Orders reaching the qualifying amount (e.g., ₱1,500+) are eligible for our Shipping Subsidy.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to varying distance rates, "Free Shipping" is capped at a maximum subsidy of ₱150.00.
If your location is in a remote area or very far from Cavite (resulting in a high delivery fee), you will only pay the excess amount beyond the ₱150 subsidy.
04 / Delivery Timelines
Metro Manila & Cavite (Express): Same-day or Next-day delivery depending on rider availability.
Provincial (Standard): 3-10 Business Days via J&T or 2GO. Lead times depend on airline and sea freight schedules.
