To ensure quality control, any damage or wrong items received must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports made after this window may not be honored.

01 / Eligibility Window

You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request an exchange for sizing issues or factory defects.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original ALLOFF packaging (ziplock) with all tags and accessories attached.

02 / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during "Flash Sales" or using promo codes greater than 20% off.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging components.
03 / The Exchange Process

We do not offer direct refunds for change of mind. We offer Store Credit or Direct Exchange for the correct size.

  1. Contact us via Facebook or Email with your Order ID and photo of the item.
  2. Wait for our team to approve the return request.
  3. Ship the item back to our Cavite HQ (Customer covers shipping for sizing changes; ALLOFF covers shipping for defects).
  4. Once inspected, we will dispatch the replacement or issue store credit.
